Agreement

By using this site or buying a ticket you agree to these terms. The contract is with [Legal entity name], [Registered address], and is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

Tickets

A ticket is a revocable licence to attend one event. It is personal to the named holder. Resale above face value is not permitted and we may void tickets we believe have been resold that way.

Age and entry

Events are [21]+. Photo ID is required and the name must match the ticket. We may refuse entry, without refund, to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive, or unable to travel safely by boat.

Getting to the event

Some of our locations have no road access and are reached by boat. Boat departure times are fixed and published before the event. If you miss the departure you miss the event, and no refund is due. Crossings depend on weather and the operator's judgement.

Your safety

These are outdoor events near water, at night, sometimes in remote places. You attend at your own risk. Follow crew instructions. Do not swim after dark. We provide [safety provision] and carry [insurance detail].

Changes and cancellation

Lineups can change; a change of artist is not grounds for a refund. If we cancel an event outright, see the ticket policy. If weather makes a location unsafe we may move, shorten or postpone the event, and will tell you as early as we can.

Photography

We film and photograph our events and may use the footage. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of crew on the day and we will do our best to keep you out of frame.
