Marea Mirage books extraordinary natural places across the Caribbean and Colombia, then builds one night of house music around each.
The idea
The venue was doing
most of the work.
A great set in a windowless room is a great set. The same set on a cliff-backed beach at golden hour is something people plan a trip around — and almost nobody in this business treats the place as the first decision. So we built the company backwards from it: find the place, earn access, then book the night the place deserves.
How we work
Four things we
refuse to get wrong.
The place
Chosen before anything else, and capped well below what it could hold. If you can't see the water, the room is too big.
Sound
[Rig spec] tuned on site the morning of. No clipping, no fatigue, conversation still possible at the edges of the floor.
Curation
Long sets, no filler, artists briefed on the hour they are playing. House music with somewhere to go.
Getting there
Boats, road transfers and timings arranged for every guest. The journey is part of the night, not an obstacle to it.
