Who we are

Marea Mirage is operated by Marea Mirage, a sole proprietorship of Navid Mostafavi, Los Angeles, California, USA. For anything in this policy, write to mareamirage@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your name and email, when you join the guest list
• Name, email, phone and event details, when you send an enquiry
• Billing details, handled by our ticketing provider — we never see or store your card number
• Standard analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device type

Why we use it

To sell you a ticket and get you to the event, to answer what you asked us, and to tell you about new dates if you asked us to. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers below.

Who processes it

• Stripe — payments and ticket sales
• FormSubmit and Google — form delivery and email
• Cloudflare — hosting and security

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mareamirage@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Every guest-list email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing does not affect a ticket you already hold.

How long we keep it

Ticket and transaction records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Guest-list emails until you unsubscribe. Enquiry emails for two years.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Our ticketing and analytics providers may set their own — you can decline non-essential cookies and the site will still work.
